According the Gill Montia of Insurance Daily, the Insurance Services Office (ISO) has today reported that its ISO Claims Outcome Advisor (COA) is now the leading personal injury claims evaluation solution for the motor insurance market in the United Kingdom.
It works by creating an historic database of a particular company’s personal injury claims in order to help ensure that any financial settlements are fair, consistent and appropriate.
According to the group, a large majority of the UK’s top motor insurers use systems to assist in the evaluations evaluating personal injury claims and 70% of the top 25 insurer have opted to use COA.
